Are there other services that you do for a flat fee?
The services identified here and their prices are essentially all of the flat-fee service options that we offer.  Nevertheless, there are always exceptions to the rule.  Please reach out to us with your request or schedule an initial consultation so that we can discuss your matter and all potential fee alternatives.
Are flat-fee services expedited?
Our flat-fee services are typically provided in a quicker timeline than the services provided from a traditional law firm.  While we do expect to perform the services within the applicable timeframes provided on each package service page, there can be delays in this timeline if we do not receive all the necessary information we need to complete the services, if there are changes to the material information or circumstances regarding the matter, or if there is a backlog of work being performed by our firm.
Will i need an initial consultation?
For some of the services, like a basic contract review, you may not need an initial consultation to engage our services, but you will still need to clear a conflicts check before we can be engaged.  With other services, a brief phone call may be sufficient to provide us with the information that we need to perform your services. Nevertheless, an initial consultation can be a valuable step in the engagement because it will provide us with the critical information we need to complete your matter in the most efficient and timely manner.
Can we use you for multiple flat-fee engagements
Yes, provided that we identify the specific flat-fee as the method of payment prior to beginning our work, you can engage us on multiple flat-fee matters.
How do we hire preforma?
Fill out the inquiry form on our contact page, give us a call, or send us an e-mail via our contact page, and someone will get in contact with you shortly. Our onboarding process may require an initial 1-hour consultation where we will discuss your current needs, timeline, and future plans. Throughout the consultation we will work to develop a plan of attack to assist you or your business in the most cost-effective manner. When are you available to start?
Our availability depends on our current workload, but typically we are able to begin work on your matter within the week that we are engaged.
